- Fluid Body · Joint Release & Joint MobilisationThis module restores joint mobility and fluid movement through fascia-based bodywork. Using deep touch, passive movement and breath you practise joint release across the major joints and the integrative wave — a full-body passive movement that supports ease and coordination. Open to bodyworkers, massage practitioners, osteopaths, movement practitioners and yoga teachers, and to anyone wanting to improve mobility and understand fascia.2029 · dates TBC
- Trauma Release · Breath, Fascia & Emotional ReleaseThis module explores how physical tension and emotional holding patterns are held in the fascia, and how to support their release through deep touch, breath and movement. You practise myofascial unwinding, staying present with emotional expression, and working with the body's natural capacity for self-regulation — without forcing change. Open to anyone wanting to learn how to work with trauma through deep bodywork, and to bodyworkers, massage practitioners, breathwork practitioners and somatic practitioners.2029 · dates TBC

In their words
What MER® students say about the training.
“A lot of tension was relieved, and the massages — whether done by the participants or by Nisarga — were just amazing! By day 5, the mobility in my legs had improved far beyond what I ever expected. So much so that I even did a split that same night! My previously frozen arms felt much lighter as well. All the knowledge we gained was incredibly useful.”
“During the MER® training with Nisarga, I particularly enjoyed the sense of community, the teaching style and the excellent anatomy explanations. It was a great training experience. I learned a lot of new skills and gained deeper self-awareness.”
“In the MER® training with Nisarga, I developed new skills that align with my dream of becoming a body-oriented practitioner. I'm especially thankful for learning about fascia and the power of touch. I also appreciated the structure of each day — it was such a great experience.”
“It was an excellent training with a positive, supportive team and teacher. This was my second MER® training, as I wanted to enhance my skills further, and I'm very happy with everything I gained in those six days with Nisarga.”
